The Vibrance Agency was founded by Valencia Wicker, an innate storyteller who brings mission-forward narratives to life through video production, branded content and events.

Valencia is a three-time Emmy-nominated journalist with 15 years of experience in television news. She is an on-camera talent, host, producer and public speaker who fell in love with the creative power of journalism as a student at Spelman College in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.

Valencia spent her career championing stories of triumph and tragedy. From mass shootings and natural disasters, to civil unrest and presidential debates, Valencia covered some of the most impactful events of modern history. She now uses those storytelling skills to produce socially responsible, influential and thought-provoking content for communities, brands and organizations.
